Lakeway Computer Support

I know of a local business that chooses to remain anonymous, that paid Michael Nelson, the owner, $ 2,000 for service and supplies for computer supplies and service and didn’t receive either. A Travis County Judge has put a judgement for this amount against this Lakeway Computer Support. Please be careful! Don’t prepay.

Sorely disappointed. Having bought 4 custom built (and expensive) computers I was hoping to be treated as a valued customer. Six months ago I would have happily left 5 stars and a glowing review, but my most recent transaction was painful.
I received a computer that was broken on arrival. The first effort to repair the problem was quickly handled. When the machine arrived back to me after repairs it still did not function properly. I paid an independent computer tech to diagnose the new machine: bad video card, broken PCI slot and a bad hard drive. I have left several voice messages and emails in an attempt to resolve the problem, no response.
Unfortunately, my last effort (after weeks of being ignored) is to warn other consumers through online reviews about my regretfully bad experience with this company. As a small business owner myself I understand these reviews can be detrimental. I hope Lakeway Computer Support will finally contact me to resolve my issue so that I may remove this negative review.
