Unfortunately I had damaged my phone and I needed to replace it over the weekend. I stopped at the Apple Valley location first, and they told me I needed to call the insurance and I would have a replacement phone by Tuesday. The team member was quick to rush me out the door without diving further into my issue. I ended up going to the Lakeville location later that day, because I can’t be without a phone as I use it for work. The Lakeville location was a little busy when I arrived, and the team member told me he’d be with me in a few minutes. Not a big deal. Coty C. ended up helping me out with my issue, and he was a tremendous help! He was able to look into my account, tell me my options, direct me in the right direction, and have me leave the store with a new phone. Awesome. Exactly as I needed it my experience to be.
