I needed a new softner and called Jolene (I think her name?) at Dakota and she was amazing! So friendly and informative ! Loved her. Great prices, too. I cannot say that about the technician, tho. He was very unpleasant and complained about everything and had a very bad attitude, to my suprise. I had many questions but he rushed thru — brief bad answers and I could tell he just wanted to get out of there, onto his nex job, I assume. I was very displeased & would ask for a different tech if I needed someone to come out in the future, I’m sad to say.
