Excellence in customer service! My sister hauled an auto transport behind her uhaul rental from San Jose, CA, to Show Low, and was supposed to go all the way to Phoenix to return it. She called another local uhaul location to ask if she might be able to turn it in locally, and they said they don’t even allow trailers on their lot!
Luckily, she also called Lakeside — Ernie’s extremely professional demeanor and ability to solve problems relieved us of a tremendous burden. He also resolved errors in the original contract which would have cost us big-​time. If you want extremely friendly, helpful service form customer-​oriented professionals, do business here!
