Pretty crappy customer service, well i should say lack of. Cruch wrap supreme was put together like shit, and i asked for extra sour cream on the side n what they gave me was the littlest bit they could possibly give someone. All i can say is they we’re quick on time but they could improve on a lot. v

They’re open! Food is taco bell, you either love it or hate it. In terms of this new building, its smaller than the old one, with not many places to sit on the resturant once it gets busy, theres maybe like 5 – 6 small tables around. Food is as good as ever and i sure missed taco bell in lakeside. TURN ON THE AC. I was dying in there the time I was waiting for my food, its probably 90° in there

My first time back since they re-​opened. Food was cold and burrito seemed ‘watered down’. I usually order the side of rice but this time it was white! First time ever, so not sure what happened there. Good thing I have a small car for the drive-​thru, very tight!

Well they are open again, and the drive thru is more jacked up then the last one. They already have signs saying they’re going to fix it. Who designed this mess? If you have a large vehicle best to avoid the drive thru when it’s busy. Old one went down hill fast, let’s see what happens here.

Thank God they tore down the old building and are putting up a new one. I have never seen a dirtier Taco Bell. The old building sucked big time and the hired help wasn’t much better. Wen they open back up I sincerely hope that a whole new crew is hired and preferably speak English and don’t speak Mexican among them selves in front of the customers. The food at the old building was bad enough without having to deal with rude obnoxious people taking the orders.

Bought a chalupa the other night. It tasted like it was in a fridge for hours and microwaved for 10 seconds. The Cinnabon rolls were stale and cold. I understand this is budget food but come on! Can we at least serve it warm? Never going back there again!

This location is the worse by far. The food is never and I mean never prepared correctly or items are missing from the order. I’m in their books so many times for replacement meals I could eat for a month.
Drive to the Santee location and maybe we can get them to fire the horrible employees of Lakeside or close the restaurant.

My husband and I call this Taco Bell «The good One» they never mess up our order, they are friendly, fast and the food is always perfect. Keep up the good work!
