JPC Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

BEWARE… this company is terrible. If I could do 0 or negative stars I would. If you want the cheap cleaning, you get what you pay for. Anything else they do, you will regret it. We had a pipe burst and called them for repair and restoration services. I can’t begin to tell you about the lack of knowledge, clumsiness, and overall headache these guys give you. They are rude, they are liars, and they will not tell you what’s in your best interest. They ruined my furniture by improperly trying to move it. They broke countless items, then tried to hide them. They only want to make as much money as they can from you. Also, please watch them the entire time. BTW they do not do carpet installation as stated on their” services” sectionon Unilocal.The end result of their service was not what was promised and I am quite dissatisfied as a whole. My carpet that was cleaned now smells worse than before they started. Please only use if you must and as a very last resort.

Still finding things that were broken by these guys. Furniture, dishes that were boxed up, antique items from China hutch that was moved by them. Things that appear to be missing. I’m not accusing– just saying. And most importantly, the carpet, that they promised would be put back better than before is horrific. Large stains, uneven areas, carpet is up and unattached in doorways. A major safety issue. They said c they could repair and restore this carpet. In hindsite, it would have been MUCH cheaper and easier to have new carpet put in. Which even tho it says carpet installation, they don’t do it. Which is why they pushed us and hoa to restore old. CROOKS

I found these guys on craigslist. They were on time and easy to work with. I had them clean my couch. It took about an hour, and it seems like the guy did a good job (I’ll know more when my couch is dry!)
They were by far the best deal of anywhere I looked at. They were less than half of the price of some of the places I got quotes from, and substantially less than groupons that I looked at. I’d go with them again.
