All Phase Termite and Pest

I submitted a claim for cricket infestation to my home warranty company and they dispatched All Phase. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Since I have a dog and was very concerned with toxicity, they used a low-​toxicity level pesticide that is the same ingredient in my dogs flea control medicine. The technician was very thorough and explained that since he was using a safer product, it would take about a week to see a difference. EXACTLY a week later I noticed a huge difference. My home and patio have been cricket free and my plants are making a comeback. THANK YOU All Phase! I will definitely be calling you for any future pest control needs outside of my home warranty!

I do not recommend using All Phase. All Phase did not charge an inspection fee. However, what it charges for «supposed» treatment, in my opinion, is ridiculous. If you decide to go with All Phase, I would highly recommend a second opinion before consenting and paying for treatment.
That is exactly what I did for my home. The All Phase inspector came to my home checked in the attic (pretty much the only place he checked) and told me I required spot treatment. Treatment cost approximately $ 490.
Second opinion from another company (R Solutions (VA Approved — awesome inspector)), charged $ 49 for the inspection, scheduled for two days after my call, next day report, and did a comprehensive inspection of the interior and exterior façade of my home. Conclusion, no termites or water damage.
So, my question is, is All Phase running a scam? You should see for yourself. I certainly will not recommend or use All Phase again. There is better –much better. Maybe this comment may turn things around with All Phase. I do not plan on checking if it does.

After having my patio awning split from termite damage, my friend referred me to this place. The technician was very helpful and informative. He explained every step of the process (they even repaired the termite damage) and when he got to the price it was very reasonable. Learning my different options, I purchased the monthly plan just to keep those termites from ever coming back.
