Very good coffee, but we paid $ 4.20 for an iced coffee! The last time I paid that much was in Piazza San Marco! So take advantage of the wonderful outdoor seating at this charming Lakeside venue and watch the world pass by…

Coffee and cream is a relatively new business in lakeside. It has made its mark by serving barista-made coffee drinks and serving ice cream and snacks in a fashionable environment with a nice deck seating area, upstairs cove, and free wifi. I have purchased a Lakeside mug from here and stopped by for coffee and wifi several times. I will return

This is like a big city coffeehouse in a small summer village. They have some trademark drinks like their coffee & cream which includes ice cream & espresso. They have a great orange & vanilla swirl ice cream that I love, but they have a nice selection of «hard» ice cream in addition to the soft serve options. There is free wi-fi, and this makes it the perfect place to relax while catching up on E-mails or social media. They also have some great social media posts on Facebook & Instagram. The only sad thing is they are only open Memorial Day through Labor Day

I visited Coffee and Cream twice on my mist recent Lakeside visit. They get a big pat on the back for their marketing strategy. They offer a punch-card reward system a la buy 10 get 1 free. Here’s the kick– the punch card is your cardboard coffee sleeve. Groovy! Way to be green! Coffee prices are comparable to the popular coffee franchises. However, their $ 5 minimum purchase to use a credit card is really annoying. In fact, I recently discovered that(at least in Ohio), such stipulations are illegal. I had to leave, go get cash, then return to get my brew. Not so cool. The staff was friendly but lines were long, causing service to be slow. I might consider other options in the future but wouldn’t be averse to going there again either.
