Great Stop if you’re heading up to Marblehead! Great fresh organic produce and other local products as well.

It’s a fantastic place to stop when you are in the area. They offer a wide selection of produce — some locally grown, and some imported. The quality of products seem to be high, and the prices are what you would expect for fresh produce. Several locations around the area to choose from.

A fine farm stand, but I’m mostly writing bc of the ice cream. Amazing prices, good sized scoop, and the best flavor is Blueberry Waffle Cone(as in, the cone is broken up in the ice cream). SO good and SO cheap!

Good local selection of seasonal produce, baked goods, spices, jams, honey and pickled goods. Staff is welcoming and knowledgable. Prices are fair. Be cautious as some of the preserved items do contain unnatural colouring and additives.

Great place to stop roadside to pick up fresh items. Beware, they don’ t grow most of this stuff. I would ask them what is grown locally and stick with that.

We in the area visiting Prehistoric Forest before it closes in a few weeks. Love stopping by this place regardless of the season but particularly like Fall. We have a gathering tomorrow and I’m making fruit kebobs so we stopped by on our way back to C-bus. They had some of the best strawberries ever. Got 2 pints of them, a head of romaine which is some of the best looking romaine we’ve seen in a long time and 2 mini watermelon. Prices are pretty comparable to most farmers markets of moderate price range. Be sure to stop back by in the Fall for some great harvest time eats and picking your pumpkin from the patch! :-)

Growing up, my grandfather owned a small fishing shack in Port Clinton and as such I spent many summer weekend nights grilling out, swimming in the lake, and generally relaxing in Port Clinton. I miss those days dearly now with the stress of daily life, but still hold the memories and occassionally make it to town for nostalgia. Bergman’s holds plenty of memories for the colorful and fresh locally grown produce, low prices, and friendly staff. Arriving early in the morning always assured best selection as the new items were brought in from the fields and I cannot even fathom how many of their apples and strawberries I consumed over the first 18 years of my life. For those who enjoy baked goods and ice cream, a good selection of freshly baked products and Tofts Icecream are also served.
