I’ve been to many verizon wireless stores in my 10 years as a Verizon customer. This is by far the slowest with the worst customer service. I went in to pay my boyfriend and my bill. They were having a promotion on tablets. «You can get them for $ 1» I said no thanks that we already have a tablet that is on our plan and it’s broken but worth less than the deductible on the insurance to get a new one. They went on about how great it was while they processed my payment. I said I would do it if and only IF it was possible to put the new tablet on the line the old tablet was on and I didn’t have to add another line. They said they would pull up the information and see what they could do. By now my trip in to pay my bill real quick was almost an hour. The girl, Lindsey said I was on an older plan and I would actually save around $ 25 a month with the new tablet. By this time I was so pressed for time I said ok. When my bill came the next month, there was a $ 40 activation fee that she failed to mention and she also failed to mention that the new plan she put us on had only 3 gigs of data instead of the 8 we had. She added another line instead of replacing our broken one like I had said was the only way I would buy one. And now the next step up for the data is only 6 gigs a month for 20 more dollars than the 3 we have. To top it off when the bill came I also noticed that they hadn’t applied my payment to my account from the previous month. I had to call with my receipt and they did fix it. But because they are only a retailer, their mess up still costed me a late fee. I love Verizon but this store is the worst! I would give them negative stars if I could! I guarantee if you deal with this store you will want to switch providers. Just say no! And if you deal with them be sure to read EVERYTHING before you sign it. It’s like they are so slow so they can make you so nuts you’ll sign anything to get out of there. It was almost 2 hours to pay my bill and be misled about my plan and this awesome tablet. That really isn’t that awesome.

First I want to warn everyone that this store, Z Wireless, is only an affiliate of Verizon and if anything goes wrong, the corporate portion of Verizon will NOT fix it. They’re just contractors, not actual employees of Verizon. I went in to the store to see if they could help me figure out why my son’s phone no longer worked. Lindsay assured me that I could buy him a brand new phone for just the sales tax, and that Verizon would take his old phone, refurbish it and that would pay for the new phone. WRONG. I did everything she said and now instead of paying $ 65 for the phone, I’m paying $ 650. Do not be fooled. I know it’s annoying to have to drive to Ukiah or Santa Rosa for a corporate store but trust me, it’s worth it. You will be told the truth and will be backed up by customer service. Going to Z Wireless means you’re risking your bank account and there is NO accountability or support from their managers or the owner. They’ve been ignoring me for months. Looks like it’s time to bring a lawyer into the picture.

Overall great experience! Sales Rep, Lindsey was super helpful and informative and got me the exact phone I was looking for. Definitely a positive experience.

Terrible customer service with the exception of the new girl Rachel which is the only good thing that store has going for it’s self. Original sales lady(Lindsey) was incredibly rude it’s a wonder how she’s even in retail! I’m thinking she must be a family member or close friend of the manager to be able to get away with the crap she pulled with me and others that I witnessed the many times I was at this store trying to get my problem resolved that after a month and a half was still going on. (For example; While I was in the store a customer came in and asked Lindsey if there was anyone else in the store at the time and she in reply looks to her left then looks to her right then looks back at the customer and says«does it look like there is anyone else here?» mind you there is an office behind the desk that is blocked off with a wall and door.) This is an indirect store to Verizon and I would highly suggest if you are interested in going through Verizon that you go through a direct store or via their website instead. The phones and bundle packages are less money through a direct store and website too. The manager(Anna) and one of the sales ladies(Lindsey) are incompetent, selfish and very inconsiderate.(For example; Anna was unable to correctly issue the refund constantly calling for help in issuing a refund, won’t return my calls and wouldn’t grant me the bundle deal on exchange when I was told prior that it would not be a problem.) (Lindsey talks in a demeaning manner towards me when I ask simple questions about the bill and exchange details, shows anger by saying that she’s going out on a smoke break in front of waiting customers after she reluctantly gives me a protector and case for my phone for equal exchange but then still charges my credit card when there was no signed authorization for it and while I was under a verbal agreement with her that it was for equal exchange, slapped a sticky note on a fellow co workers back of their hand with my info on it rather than setting it next to them when the coworker was asking me for the info to pull up the account and lies about me telling the manager that I cussed at her when what I said was«that’s a load of crap» to her response of why the manager would not call me back.) Now only reason I said what I did say was because out of the blue after she was going out of her way to be rude to me she says(Hi Joel!!!) and was talking to me with the most insincere tone you could ever imagine along with this as I put it load of crap telling me that they had a non stop flow of customers and that’s why the manager could not call me back for those past three days I waited. Among many other times I was told I would receive a call back throughout this 9 weeks and still going of time I’ve spent trying to get a phone then dealing with their mess up on the porting of the old cell # then dealing with cancellation and refund. Now just to make it clear after all the crap they dragged me through I have still been polite up until the other day when I was finally kicked enough times so to speak and said«that’s a load of crap». Most times I called the store it was busy or I get a voicemail but when I do get through I leave a message asking for the manager to call me back but I don’t get a call back until I call Verizon customer service and they call the store then I’ll get a call back. I went in on the 1st of June and after waiting about 5 weeks to get a problem fixed and have the new phone in working order I just couldn’t wait any longer and cancelled and it’s now August 7th and I still don’t have the refund after cancelling about 4 weeks ago. Please listen and trust me that you will be better off going to a direct store or through Verizon’s website to get a phone and or a service plan!

The lady talked us into buying the S5 for my husband and I. Totally misled us. Was paying $ 141 now paying $ 202. How is that a discount? After my contract is up, I’m dropping Verizon.
