I got there around 10 pm tonight(Friday, 9⁄11) The manager was there along with 2 bartenders. There was a total of 10 people there including my party of 3. One waitress was leaving but stayed there behind the bar chatting with the other one that was not. The manager sat off in the bar and didn’t come to the bar really. The waitress, who was cute, was a terrible bartender. If you want to have a few beers then don’t bother coming here. She was incapable of service. It literally took 20 minutes for each round of drinks. We aren’t talking purple fuzzy nipple double twists with a piece of the original Mona Lisa put in them. We are talking 2 buds in the bottle and a draft beer. The bar was out of 50% of the bottled beer. Even paying the tab was torturous. She is lucky she is pretty — because she has absolutely no ability as far as I can tell. It was not busy in the slightest. She was not engaged doing anything. She simply stood around doing nothing, chatting to the other bartender, and talking about jewelry she made. I’ve never once complained at a bar and I fully intended to tonight since the manager was sitting there but she wandered off to talk to him about the time we left. I wasn’t looking to fight, so it seemed pointless. The entire bar is all of 20 foot long. There was no one sitting in the tables except the manager. I’ve been to the other Winner’s Circle downtown. I’ve been in bars around the world on multiple continents. I am hard pressed to remember an experience as bad as this one due the people in a bar simply not giving a crap about the business. I will likely never go back here. This is a bland and lifeless sports bar. I can deal with that. Couple that with no service and this is a no go. There are a dozen places to get mediocre beers and chicken wings within a few miles — this won’t be one I consider again.

Wanted to rate this 2.5 but guess it’s only whole numbers. Not as good as the other location across town. Service here is lackluster and the wings are sometimes not as good either. Picked up take out last time and bill was around $ 17. After ignoring me for awhile, the bartender brought me my take out and took my $ 20. Walked away and noticed I was still standing there and she asked if I wanted change. Ummm, yes. Yes i do. Not only did I wait longer than I needed to because you were too busy chatting, but tipping on take out isn’t a normal habit of mine to begin with. Maybe that trick works with others, but not me. Sorry.
