Two Men and a Truck

You cancelled on us the day of our move– told us we had too much stuff– never came to the house to give us an actual estimate… When we listed what we had to move, you forgot to include 2 beds! How can you do that? Told us we would need 2 trucks (but only used 1 truck when we moved in) and could be rescheduled in 4 days… For double the price! This is outrageous! Moving day is stressful enough and you cancel? Worst experience possible! Will make a point to tell everyone we know how horrible you guys were!

I can’t speak for the moving experience from the inside as a «mover» but businesses are under scrutiny for their «reflection» at all times and yesterday I experienced/​witnessed their maniacal driving as they looked for a residence in my community. Their definition of stopping at a stop sign was with 50% of their vehicle already in the intersection. To avoid low hanging trees, they veered into the oncoming lane with no notice. From the middle of the street they exhibited starting and stopping for almost a ¼ mile as they seemingly looked for an address. When they passed the residence they made a large U-​turn that included driving up on the curb and creating a large wet tire groove for 20 feet of the grass. One issue would not have warranted a poor review, but four gross driving errors over a mile perhaps reflects poorly on the care and quality provided by this company? Just saying «Buyer Beware».
