Takeout Hero

Will not use again, I used take out hero twice before, the first time no complaines. The second time, I orders I orders also from winner circles north side and I had u completed order. But I refinished it to late. This order not that you just wait 1.5 hours for your food (winner circles again) I had cold wings which I orders 20 Parmesan and garlic and ten teriyaki lemon chilli .two extra ranch dressing two chilli and fired mushrooms) I did spent a lot of money to receive cold wings :(10 Parmesan garlic 10 teriyaki lemon chilli and ten I don’t know what it was. All cold … The two potions chilli also cold. Gladly the delievery guy didn’t leave in a rush so I caught him, to tell him that mushrooms are missing. So ok he drove back to get those. My ranch dressing also was missing I payed over 5o$ for that I had to reheat everything, that I got not really what I orderd or a half hour later atleast almost the complete order. Will never ever order anymore, I m really disappointed… Waste of money.

I use Takeout Hero frequently when I want an easy, but nice, meal at home. No matter what I have ordered, it always shows up within the specified time window (if not earlier!) and as specified. I’ve never had an issue with an order not showing up correct. Further, I love the alert system which notifies me every step of the way as my order is being processed and brought to me. There are quite a few different restaurant to choose from, but I always love being able to get a steak from Texas Roadhouse or football/​sports snacks from Winner’s Circle or Beef’s.

Wow! Just got our pizzas from Pizzerio Valdiono, AMAZING! Had the pizza valdiano and the spicy meatball, we could smell it as soon as it arrived and did not disappoint, we were blown away! YUM! And, never left my couch, so good and so convenient thanks!

I’ve used Takeout Hero several times, and am mostly pleased. No, they won’t deliver to you in 15 minutes; you will need to give them a good hour. But if you are anything like me (sometimes, I don’t care if I have to wait — as long as I don’t have to leave the house!), then you will plan and order your dinner at 5.
I had great experiences using this service to deliver from Jimmy Belle’s (which unfortunately just closed) and Beef O’Brady’s — but I will never order from Tapatio’s again… these orders took well over an hour, and the food sort of congealed (which, may be just what happens when you get Mexican food delivered). Anyway, I do think an hour and a half is a bit too long to wait.
Don’t order if you want them to come exactly at a specific time. They aren’t catering, they are delivering food because you were too lazy to leave the house =)
If you keep it all in perspective and you don’t have crazy expectations, Takeout Hero is a really handy option to have.

I love this place! We’re located at Lakeland Linder Airport. Prior to Takeout Hero Pizza delivery was our only option for delivery. For just $ 4 Takeout Hero has given us a wealth of additional options at great prices. They deliver on time.

I’d like to give them a five star review for convenience. But they don’t seem to be well organized. They sent me an email with a promo code for a new restaurant. When I attempted to use it, their system would not accept it. I tried to contact them for assistance. But there was no phone number listed on their website. When I clicked on the button that said CONTACT US, it displayed the following message, «We are not around, but we’d love to chat another time»

I wanted to give them a higher review because of the convenience, but the last several times I’ve used them has been such a mixed bag I just can’t. Either my orders arrive WAY too early (ordered for 5:00 delivery for guest arrival. Showed up at 4:30 so food was cold when guests arrived) or they’re late (they’ve been at least 30 minutes to well over an hour late the last three times). I try to leave a tip with my order but from now on I’ll wait until the order has arrived and base it on the quality of service.

45 minutes late and incomplete. They did comp my meal but I won’t use this service again. The restaurant was 5 miles away and it took over 2 hours for it to arrive. Save yourself the hassle and just go pick it up.

We WILL NOT be using this service again. Did online order @ 9am for a 12:30 delivery and here it is after 1 and no food until 1:11 and it was delivered by a very rude young lady
