This is a decent underutilized Sears in an underutilized mall. I’m not fond of the crowded aisles displaying merchandise. Finding good help must be a problem. I had difficulties with service in the Shoe Department(visiting with another staffer) and the cell phone department(due to guy’s ego, watched him lose a $ 500 sale in front of me due to arrogance– and he wasted MY time). I came back the next day for a different clerk who wasn’t much better. They have a 30 day return policy on their phones. Mine broke on day 55. Guy #1 could’ve saved me a trip had he told me. When Sears sells you a phone/charger and outside they 30 days they tell you that the company sells bad chargers that don’t last 2 months it seems they’re selling defective stuff in full knowledge. That’s not right. In the clothing departments, everyone appeared busy and the older clerks were all professional. There are some great deals in here. Sears is doing a new points reward program and want your phone and email – which I find pretty yuck.
