Pizza Hut

This place is garbage. Heather tried to give me a burnt pizza! Really?! Like I wasn’t going to say something?! It was only when I told her it was burnt that she offered to make me a new pizza. What was worse was she was watching college football on TV knowing my pizza was going to be ready in 4 minutes as she told me as I was paying for my pizza, but she lost track of the time & ended up burning my pizza. I received an apology, but that doesn’t excuse the fact that I lost 15 minutes of my time I can’t get back. Whoever the manager/​owner is should be made aware of how sorry the restaurant looked too. Trash on the floor, tables not cleaned off, and the bathroom was a mess. Piss poor service & place. I won’t be coming back here.

I’ve ordered here a couple times and every time the estimated time of delivery has been way off. At least 30 mins longer than estimated.
Tonight, I thought it would be different. Ordered my pizza at 7:40; They gave me an hour estimate for delivery. I then get a call a few minutes later apologizing, but the online system gave an inaccurate time, it’ll be 70 minutes. That’s fine. I was happy that my pizza actually arrived in 40 minutes. I open the box, and there’s a short curly hair in my pizza, definitely not mine or my boyfriend’s!
So we call and they apologize, and say they’re going to remake and give me a $ 5 credit. That’s great, but it’s now been over 2 hours since my original order time and an hour and a half since I called for a remake. That $ 5 credit can be thrown in the furnace, because I will not be ordering from here again.
