This place is horrible. My fiancé hurt his back severly at work and we had workmans comp send over the authorization to treat him. Then when they received the authorization, I called to be sure they could see him at their walkin clinic and they said yes they could. Went to the clinic and after him sitting there for an hour and a half in excrutiating pain, a lady came out and said the Dr was about to leave to go to the Phiilipines for 2 weeks and could not see him, and told us we had to go to the emergency room. They have no idea that their clients are real people with teal issues, I thought this was such a cruel thing to do to my fiancé and after sitting there for so long, he could barely walk out of the place, he was in that much pain. I would not recommend them to anyone!!! Dr Benjamin Sadoval was the Dr that he was suppose to see. He obviously does not care about people at all and should not be in the business of helping and caring for people. I am so mad that I cannot say what I really want to about this Dr. I would not take my dog to see this man!!!

Been coming here for over 10 years and yet I am treated like a number. Poor customer service at front desk. I drive 35 minutes to get here and thought my appt was at 9 but was actually 945… of course no symparhy or any extra effort to try and accommodate me to get me in sooner. It was just the lack of any concern or effort on there part to try and help me that pissed me off. They were like you can wait, leave or reschedule. Guess they are too good for the patients. This place has gone down hill over the years… sad.

I can’t speak to the level of service or care because I never made it past registration. After scheduling an appointment and arriving at their offices, I was told that while they do take Blue Cross insurance, they don’t take my specific plan(Blue Select). This was never mentioned during the scheduling process and Blue Cross’s website listed their office as in network. No explanation was given so I can only speculate that since I have a new Obama-care plan that they are somehow fighting back by refusing service to those that have enrolled via the insurance marketplace. If refusing to treat thousands of people with perfectly good insurance is how they do business then this is not a company that I want to support.

This facility has been a complete and utter disappointment. I received a bill a YEAR later, that was not even submitted to my insurance. When I try to call, I am on hold and hung up on almost every time. The staff was less than friendly and the doctor kept canceling appointments on me when I had to get assistance asap. Spare yourself the trouble, and find a different medical group.

This medical clinic was a land of promise, competing against the all powerful Watson Clinic. It has fallen short of goal, despite it’s new three-floor facility next to Southgate shopping center. Many offices are also in the shopping center. I found the initial service personable, the billing system better(than WC), and a quicker«get me in» time in the beginning. I have since switched my doctors out of here. Access by phone is horrible, wait time for appointments is just as bad as elsewhere, and there is a lag time between labs and receiving results that is ridiculous. I was on coumadin a while and their procedures were not user friendly, requiring appointments and sticking fingers rather than drawing arm blood with no consistent result reporting. Unfriendly receptionists, two stops for registration(front desk and doctor desk), no pictures on the walls indicating ‘warmth’ and a dirty Urgent Care round out my view of this place. I’ll keep searching for personal medical care…
