Aeropostale

This store in Lakeland Square Mall near Macy’s was a disappointing experience during the holiday shopping season. It advertises clothing for 14 – 18 year olds but there were a whooooole lotta rude 20’s to 40’s reliving their youth in this store. It was packed. The clerks were hiding out, not helping the masses. There were lines with unhurried clerks at the registers. I tried to ask a question about merchandise and had to wait for their social conversation to end with no apologies. People to people and their children were bumper to bumper in the place. The music was waaaay too loud to be enjoyable – and abrasive, not the kind that would encourage me to take out my wallet, just run for the doors. They do not have the same items they have on line (prices are better on line too). Am sure they are doing fine with their «old business» but they were doing nothing to encourage new fans. This place had no draw for me.
