The UPS Store

Yes only one star, the typical saying here on Unilocal if I could give it zero stars I would. I was in the store and waited on someone to come and help me for at least 15 minutes, after my long annoying wait a blond woman came up to me could not have been more rude, annoyed and overall dismissive attitude. Most of my business is done by mail order and I have always trusted UPS to get my packages there on time and not damaged. Thanks to a girl named Danielle I will not only never use this store again I will never use UPS again. I will only use FedEx or the post office. I’m not saying my business keeps these huge companies afloat but I do know each store is individually owned by a family who I’m sure are busting there butts to keep the doors open. My business I do ship minimum 15 different items a week but not from the lake zurich store or UPS. So to the owners of the Lake Zürich UPS store you have your employee Danielle to thank for that.

They Delivered My Package
I had to return an item that I had recently ordered on Amazon. I decided to bring the package here since Amazon had given me some confusing information on how to return the package.
As I walked in the staff seamed to be pretty attentive and more than accommodating in helping me out. They asked a couple of questions and took some measurement of the box and and told me what the total cost would be. I verified the correct address and then paid. I left the package with them to deliver it back to Amazon. I felt that I left it in good hands with this UPS staff and that they would deliver it to the right place and on time.
It was an overall good experience with no complaints. I would use them again to send packages out.

We do not recommend this store to anyone.

Poor communication skills, rudeness and unprofessional behaviors from the owner of the store.

Since taking over this UPS location, Tom and Nicole have improved every aspect of the business and provide excellent service. Orders are completed timely and the price is very competitive. My entire team uses their service. Tom and Kevin have helped on numerous projects with very professional results.
