I was very satisfied with the excellent customer care provided by Bob when updating my lenses. Bob welcomed me into the store and had me meet with the doctor and valued my time as a customer. When the bill was prepared he made sure that all the appropriate discounts were applied.

My experience was very poor. They don’t have a variety of glasses and the serves was terrible. I’m glad I didn’t get my glasses from here. I would never come back here and would not recommend them.Untrustworthy.

I got three pairs of new glasses here so far. And I had adjustments made on couple of those. I have no complaints. I don’t think Pearl Vision is the cheapest place in town to get glasses but I don’t mind paying a little extra if I’m getting good and reliable service and that is what I have experienced at the Lake Zurich Pearl Vision store. I’ll be going back in a few weeks to get an annual eye check-up and maybe some new glasses.
