Everyone should have local butcher and I like dealing with Bill! I admit I go to Costco and the grocery store for a lot of my meat but anything special I get from Bill.

I’ve been going here for years. Brian, Bill & Juan are all great! Excellent cuts of meat and chicken that is delicious and tender every time. They also have frozen prepared food that is quick and easy — meatballs, mostaccioli, barbeque beef, meatloaf, etc. My husband loves their brats and Italian sausages.

Stopped two weeks ago, busy. Watched two men butcher meat for people and answer questions. Got some Italian sausage which was previously frozen, actually was still frozen, but thawed and grilled. Was suspect but very good. Also got Cube steak to make chicken fried steak. The gentleman made it up for me and it was great. Nice simple piece of meat. Pricing is Meat Market pricing and will be back for more.

I came in with a recipe for a party but no idea how to cut the meat or for how long. he helped me with my calculations and cut the meat into 1 inch pieces for me. love his patience have been back to repeat the buy and for his melt in your mouth steaks. Great find! Oh yeah, great prices!

Been going here for some twenty years. The quality of their meats is superior to any place in the area. We stopped buying meat at the grocery store years ago. Brian, Bill and Juan are great and we look forward to seeing them at least one a week. My wife and I love this place.

Two guys walk into a butcher shop on the prowl for some ribs. Neither of them have successfully made ribs before. Orchard Prime Meats saves the day.
This place is owned by the brother-​in-​law of the Orchard Prime Meats in Cary. The guy who works here was nice enough to instruct my husband and our buddy on how to make two slabs of (kind of pricey) perfect, fall-​off-​the-​bone tender ribs.
The guys come home and accomplish what they set out to do. Our friend SERIOUSLY impressed his wife. And a happy wife=a happy life. That said, cough up the extra cash and head to Orchard Prime Meats to satiate even the most discriminating appetite.
