I’m still a huge fan of Dr. Terbovic, and attended a wonderful class she and Dr. Jazzmin Villanueva held last week on mindfulness. It was absolutely wonderful, and I walked away feeling like I really learned a lot. I will repeat the feedback here that I gave that day, I really hope they hold more classes/​seminars, on a variety of topics! The price was incredibly affordable, and especially since a lot of the topics that I can foresee being the subject of a class have reached a buzzworthy status of late, it can be hard to sort through the good from the bad.
I found it so useful, and was excited to share with my mom that the app she recommended, Calm, is the same one that came recommended in the course.
Dr. Pitts is great, and did a wonderful job with their website, and having had the opportunity to meet Dr. David, he’s incredibly professional and nice as well.
