This store is nice. Always kept clean and organized. Ask an employee where something is they either tell you or show you. Would give 4 stars but I am not a fan of grocery store’s who raise their prices for their buy one get one free prices or the 2 for $ 7.00. Case in point ill use bologna. Usually cost $ 2.00 — $ 3.49 depending on store, but when they put it on sale at buy one get one free or 2 for $ 7.00 and state you saved $ 4.98 on 2 then that bologna was priced at $ 4.98. get 2 packages for $ 7.00 that’s $ 3.50 each which is more then the regular price making this sale a lie. This happens with ALOT of items people buy on a regular basis. The stores are praying on the ignorance of its shoppers which is bad business if you ask me. This practice of bad business happens mostly on sale items. They will raise the regular price say from $ 4.00 to $ 8.20 and then put it on a bogo sale making you pay more then what it is at regular price. They are hoping the consumer is stupid. Said something to the store manager at Winn Dixie about this and he said that this comes down from Corporate and nothing he can do about it. When a manager says there is nothing he can do then he is a bad manager and works for a paycheck only.

Horrible customer service. I only go here to get a few things now and again. A Saturday night and only 1 cash register open and only 2 of the self check out were working and they had problems. They had staff stocking but no one at registers. I even saw a worker just gathering a few carts at the end of the registers with headphones on when she could have been helping the 1 cashier bag so the line could move faster. I even went to customer service and asked to see a Manager about the lack of cashiers. I was told «they know». This is not the first time they have had only 1 register open.

Really they bakery closed at 8pm after I waited for 10 min and walked to customer service. Manager walked away from me and the lady at the desk said of no they closed 8pm.

This is not your fathers Winn-​Dixie. This my friends is like a poor mans Whole Foods. At least the hot food and salad bar portions of the store. I was very reluctant to go in when this place re-​opened. It had a previous life as a down-​and-​dingy Winn-​Dixie previously.
I was quietly amazed at all the pre-​grand opening hoopla that went on with this store. The built a buzz around it and opening day was an event — at a grocery store — who’da thunk it?
This store is clean. They have a wing bar with a dozen or so variations — all of which I am proud to say I have tried. On any given Sunday during football season, I might be found stocking up.
Give it a shot if you haven’t been in. It’s a keeper.

The store is nice but checking out should not be this difficult. I had two bottled smoothies and a carton of eggs so I went to the self check out. I scanned everything and the smoothies were supposed to be buy one, get one free. But I guess it’s only if you have a rewards cards which I don’t since I was visiting from out of town. I pressed the button for help to see if they could scan a rewards card otherwise I wasn’t going to get the smoothies. I waited and waited and finally the girl at the busy check out line next to mine said she would be right over as she was in the midle of scanning a big purchase. There were a bunch of other employees standing around who could have come to help but didn’t. Finally the girl sent the guy that was bagging the groceries. He didn’t know what to do. So she finally came and scanned a reward card for me and mumbled something mean about the grocery bagging guy. It was pretty unprofessional.

I just went to this store for the second time since I moved down here and while it seems to have been renovated like the other review says the staff is terrible. The first time I waited for ten minutes at customer service a woman came behind the counter took a phone call and left without helping me and seemed rushed and rude. The second time the only lanes open were self checkout which would be ok if there was somebody around to help the people hung up on an error for ten minutes. The customer service employees were nowhere to be found and a few employees including a woman dressed different maybe a manager walked by and didn’t stop to help the line or the woman waiting for lotto it felt like a ghost town as far as employees were concerned. I’ll stick with Publix

This is the best Winn Dixie ever. It is so clean and great to walk into. The staff is awesome!!! They are really helpful and friendly. The best part is the hot food section. OMG, the smells alone would drive you crazy but the best part is that it tastes as good as it smells! Real prime rib (you have to try it to believe it); cooked glazed salmon (yum!!); roasted turkey breast; roast pork, six different types of chicken wings, different dinners of even more different hot foods; the deli section with the cold foods is just as diverse and awesome!!! The bakery is top notch! I can’t say enough about this location. The supermarket section has a huge variety of items, and the vegetables/​fruit section will have you wandering around for a while… there’s lots to pick from. Go to this Winn Dixie, you won’t regret it.

Store has been completely renovated, redesigned & in fact the result is an incredibly pleasing shopping experience. Unlike any supermarket i’ve seen recently.
A must visit place.
