We discovered truck at the Empire Brewfest in Syracuse. The brisket tots are AMAZING! The smokiness of the brisket is perfect. Then they sneak in cheese at the bottom of your dish that is a sneak attack and makes it just a delight. It made me sad that they’re from Rochester, looks like we will be making a road trip for the tots in the near future.
