Not really happy. I’ve gone here before and actually enjoyed my experience and had hoped to get a whole new look today. Got there and the OPEN sign was lit but the door was locked and no one was around. They had a small sign next to the door that said Be Back at 4pm. It was 1:15! Hours were listed on the door saying they were open from 10−7pm but apparently that needs to be changed. Another sign says Walk-Ins Welcome but I guess you need an appointment for someone to be at the salon. I decided to go to another salon with people actually working the listed hours. Two stars for the simple fact that I truly did enjoy my experience last night. Otherwise they wouldn’t even get one star.
