Monarch Dental

I have been going to this office for many years and they really treat their patients great. Dr. Brennan is very skilled and honest. The hygienists do a great job and the front office staff is friendly and helpful. They all seem to care about their patients. I drive passed many dental offices to go to this one.

In person, I made an appointment there 2 weeks ago for my 2 year old daughter. They called on Tuesday to confirm the appointment and to remind us to bring in our card and let us know we could download the forms online. They even referenced that they were calling for the parents of _​_​_​_​_​_​so here we are 2 days later, my husband took off work to bring her to this appointment and he got there and they said oh sorry our pediatric dentist retired last week, did no one call you? What kind of office is this??? Did he just walk out with no notice? Usually when people retire there is notice so why would you book this appointment 2 weeks ago? And furthermore let’s just say the dentist suddenly quit last week with no notice, WTF would someone call us Tuesday confirming our appointment for our daughter? Thank you for wasting our time. I will not be coming back here ever.
