I’ve had people tell me «your artist has mad skills». Yes she is that amazing! Now that I’ve had her work on me I won’t go to anyone else!

Zoey is an amazing artist. She’s talented beyond belief, and she knows the true meaning of art. She’s meticulous to make sure that your tattoo is amazing. Zoey is definitely the person to go to for all your tattoo needs, especially when you want a special piece that is custom just for you!

Zoey is beyond fantastic. I absolutely love the work she has done on me. I also get a ton of complements on her work. By far the best I have ever had.

Zoey is the best! Took the time to brainstorm with me about what I wanted, and helped make something special for me. She was as cool as the other side of the pillow, and totally patient with me. I will most definitely go back with friends! Just wish I found her first!

Heart n Soul Tattoo is as good as you will ever find! Zoey is incredibly talented and is a true artist. You won’t find flash tattoo examples plastered all over the walls and guys standing around offering you $ 25 tattoos. If that’s what you’re looking for, go somewhere else. If you want a custom piece that no one else will have, this is your shop.
My husband and I have both been to Zoey several times. I am now on tattoo number three, a ¼ sleeve, and he is working on a large back piece. She is creative, takes the time to listen to what you want, and incorporates your ideas. I have found great success in taking her several pictures and an idea and letting her run with it. Allow her the creativity she needs to make the piece work with you ~ your idea, your skin tone, the shape of your body, proximity to other work etc.
Her shop is clean, she is always professional, and you won’t find a better place to go. Her color work is INSANE, but I definitely won’t discount her abilities in black and grey as well. She hops back and forth between this shop and her shop in Yuba City, CA so call first to make sure she’s in town.
And get her to do a cover up on that flash tattoo or tramp stamp you have from 1995… you’ll be glad you did.

Heart N Soul Tattoo is a rare find in the Texas tattoo world.
Zoey, tattoo artist and owner, really knows how to LISTEN and customize a tattoo to what you really want. And, she customizes the piece to your body shape, which makes for a beautiful effect.
I made my husband try her out first, because I am a little OCD when it comes to cleanliness. AND, I have to say that Zoey was extremely clean and very laid back.
I am working on two half arm sleeves and couldn’t be happier. If you have an idea just shoot it over to her, she loves doing tattoos out of the ordinary.
Zoey is back and forth to her other tattoo shop in Cali, so you have to call and book while she’s in town.
It is a little bit of a drive for me, but it is worth the trip!
