Great Clips

Checked in online B4 I left home. Got there at 9:15 a.m. One minute wait after arrival. Had gotten a $ 7.99 coupon in the mail recently. Glad I went there. Lisa the manager, cut my hair. Got a good haircut at a great price and will definitely return.

The only reason this is not a 5 –star review is that I’ve only been to this salon once… the place that usually cuts and colors my hair on Military Hwy hasn’t answered their phone or returned voicemail for several days so I ventured out looking for another place. Great Clips didn’t look like a real «styling» salon, but I figured maybe just a trim… when I got to the door, the sign said «great haircut sale.» It was half the regular price. $ 7.95! Okay for sure just a LIGHT trim… But when I got inside, the story was completely different. The two people in their worked as an efficient team– Lisa, the manager (who ultimately cut my hair) and another stylist, professional and quiet. You could see these two were right on top of things and each knew what had to be done to keep the line of adults and kids moving smoothly and efficiently. Lisa inspired such confidence in me that I showed her a picture of the haircut I always get — and somehow she nailed it. I’ve never had a first-​time haircutter do that before. So maybe that 5^th star is warranted after all. This is a great place, lots of parking, and the line moves fast. Even at «full price» … or even at twice the price … I’d have been very very happy. Thank you, Lisa. I know i’ll be back.

Quick and easy. It’s not easy to give my 10 year old A hair cut. They were gentle and it came out perfect.

Went there saturday. First clue should have been that no one was in the shop. You get what you pay for. My mistake. Would never go back again. The girl butchered my hair. Thankfully it will grow back.

I consider myself somewhat of a snob when it comes to who does my hair. I was in need of a cut but had not had time to make an appointment. I usually go to Aveda or Saks. The cut and blow out I received at Great Clips by William was one of the best cuts I’ve ever had. The service was world-​class. When he was finished i felt and looked like i had gotten a $ 200 cut! And I was made to feel like I was their best customer. I was referred there by a good friend who was also pleased with their establishment. Great Clips is the place to go. I wish them much well-​deserved success. I have told all my friends about Great Clips Lantana Road. I was in and out of there in time for my mani pedi. Wonderful staff too, fun and sophisticated atmosphere! A true 5-​star professional, pleasant place for a cut and blowout!

I had heard about this salon from a friend of mine, raving about how exceptional his experience was and insisted I try it out. I tried my luck this weekend and the hype was true! I am very particular about my hair and the quality that goes into it, during my visit I found the staff were very inviting and informative while my stylist delivered technically sound cutting skills. The ambiance was pleasant and relaxing. The staff at this salon made my experience comforting, educational and fun. I would highly recommend this Great Clips for anyone looking for a new fresh look without spending much at all!!! THANK YOU!

They do a good job, give a good haircut.

Just had my 2^nd haircut at great clips in the TJ Max shopping center on the corner of lantana and jog road in lake worth. Lisa cut my hair and did a «perfect» job. Not only that, she has a great personality and had me laughing the whole time we talked to each other like we had known each other for years. «That» never happens with me and people that have cut my hair in the past. The owner happened to be in the shop at the time and was extremely personable and greeted me with a great smile like i was a celebrity. I gotta say if anyone looking for a great haircut done with laughter and comfortability, THIS IS DEFINITELY THE BEST SHOP TO GO TO. I will happily make the long drive from my house to them for the perfect cut… GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

Great Clips is just haircuts. You can check in with their app about 1 hour before arrival (no longer) and the wait is usually no more than 15 minutes as a walk in. The staff is great as well as their cuts. Give it a try you will love it

Came here because they were offering a free haircut voucher for veterans. They were not super inviting like Jessica C mentioned, but the lady who looks like Katy Perry did a great job on my hair. My wife said it’s the best haircut I’ve had in years. Even though I got it short she was able to blend the back and sides.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the business is new and hopefully just has some kinks to work out! We stopped in today for back to school trim for my daughter. I expected jt to be busy. Luckily when we got there only two others were ahead of us. The wait wasn’t too bad. While we waited several more people arrived. My daughter was called for her turn by a woman named Sharon. She barely said hello and only wanted to know how much we wanted trimmed. She didn’t day two words to my daughter the entire 5 minutes she spent on her hair and afterwards while I paid didn’t say two words to me other than my total. My daughter, who has been raised to have manners, thanked Sharon for the haircut. No response. I told her to speak up in case she didn’t hear her, and without even looking up Sharon barked out a quick ‘see you’. The woman in line behind me have me the «Wow» look as I took my kids by the hand and left. Sharon needs training on customer service and working with children if she is going to continue to cut hair there. The other staff was pleasant enough, they just need to figure out there check in and payment system a little better to move things along.
