Flower Jungle of Lake Worth

I wanted to get fresh lilies for my fathers bday. I figured it would be hard to find a local shop still open, since it was already ten min to 5:00. Lucky for me they were still there!
This is a family owned business and I found out has been around for 40 years! The owner made the most beautiful arrangement and I was happy for the special touches. I was going to the cemetery and the owner instinctually wrapped and cut the stems for me! I didn’t even think of it! That is the extra attention I was so grateful for.
If you’re in the area and in need of an arrangement that will be made with detailed care and immense love, this is the place.

Online says open at 8, I got there at 9:05 and they were not open… Oh what a dud. I’m almost positive you can’t sell flowers unless you’re open.

I just got married a couple of weekends ago and Flower Jungle (Denise) helped us pick the most beautiful arrangement of flowers for our wedding. A huge THANK YOU is in order. My wife was amazed and very happy and as they say, «Happy wife, happy life». I’ll be back for Valentine’s Day. –A

I ordered flowers, a bear and a balloon from FTD. FTD contracted with Flower Jungle.
The flowers looked nothing like what was ordered, which were the best FTD offered for that particular arrangement. On top of that, Flower Jungle forgot the bear and balloon. I told the delivery girl they forgot those items and she said she’d have them call. They called an hour later and said they can’t deliver the bear and balloon until the following day, or, if I want, I can go there and pick it up from them. This is the third year in a row I’ve been screwed by FTD and the last time I order from them. Flower Jungle clearly doesn’t care about its customers and the experience they receive. When you pay $ 108 for flowers, you’re paying for the experience of having professionally arranged flowers and accessories you order for the person you love.
When they screw up, I understand mistakes happen, you’re supposed to take care of it right away. Not this operation. They don’t care. I told them I’m going to complain to FTD and my credit card company and their response was «Go ahead!».
Never again.
