Everclear Pools

We are so glad we picked Everclear Pools for our pool service. Ralph & Michelle are awesome! very friendly and they do a great job keeping our pool crystal clear. Thank you!

Horrible service. When I complained about the water flow and I was willing to be they had not cleaned a brand new filter in 6 weeks, they said I should cancel their service. The skimmer basket was filled with old leaves. They did not vacuum the pool when they came this week (I know, because the hat I dropped in the pool on Sunday was still there on Wednesday. No «we will do better», no excuses, they must have known it was a problem.
They scarred the grab tiles with their poles, and the pool looks worse and worse every month, lots more yellow mold, and more grey on the bottom.
Now, I am not so sure I actually needed a new salt board. I cut checks twice a month, and they must be really short on cash flow, as this seems to be a problem for them.
I am sorry to say they are not very professional, and apparently strapped for cash flow.

Ralph from everclear pools goes above and beyond for me. I live in NY and have a second home in florida. He takes care of it every week and if he has a concern about my pool or anything else he sees around the house i get a call from him. The pool is always ready for use whenever I fly down… Thank you Ralph
