Dunkin’ Donuts

Probably the reason I’ll never visit a Dunkin Donuts again. Employees and manager really don’t care about providing customers with service.

Every morning I go out of my way… there can be 20 cars on line and it moves very fast …
The girl in the front is very smart and gets the order perfect and the Russian guy at the window is great and always says good morning
…mabey try the tip cup… I find that helps… if not go to starbucks… and they can give you that upscale service your looking for. …

I keep trying to give this place a shot because the location is convenient but as of today I’m officially done. Employees have no clue what they’re doing. I should not have to doctor up and mix my coffee every time to make it drinkable. You’re lucky to get your order correctly… sometimes you’re lucky to even get everything you ordered. Double-​check your bags before driving away.

I’m pretty sure a bunch of idiots work at this location. We were on our way to Orlando and stopped here for medium coffee with CREAM AND SWEET N LOW and 3 ham egg and cheese CROISSANTS. We sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes and received our two coffee and what we thought were the croissants. we own realized they were made on English muffins so I took them back inside and asked them again to remake them. When they handed me the bag for the second time I opened them to check and they were made on BAGELS? BAGELS? I swear I thought I was dreaming. After a third request we finally got the correct sandwiches which by this time were nasty and cold. The employees there didn’t even apologize and we’re laughing at the fact that they were all completely clueless. As we are driving on the turnpike I go to take a sip of my coffee and it’s black??? No cream no sugar? I honestly couldn’t even believe we spent 25 $ on food and not one thing was enjoyable. I was lost for words! No doubt I am writing dd a letter.
