Mark is a great guy, I would hands down recommend him to anyone who wants a thorough and detailed inspection. He is both professional and relates to you on a personal level. He gave us piece of mind when it came to our doubts about our purchase. He also took time after the inspection to talk with us and answer any outstanding questions that we had. He quickly responded to calls when we had questions and it felt like he was always available and easy to talk to.
He took many detailed pictures to help with the report. His reports are clear, very detailed, and easily accessible electronically. If I ever needed another inspection I would use him in a heartbeat and I will recommend him in the future to my friends and family.

Mark is as good as it gets. His name came as a referral from our family real estate agent Beverly Bahm. I needed his help inspecting a home, as I was in a time crunch, and he swooped in with approximately 48 hours notice! He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable from the onset of our working relationship. He THOROUGHLY inspected the home without missing any details (in an attic that was approx 130 degrees and on his hands and knees crawling through the biggest crawlspace I have ever seen.) Mark made himself and continues to make himself available for consultation. Moving forward I plan on utilizing his other services as I’m in the process of buying my first home. When it comes to this area of expertise my family and I really needed someone’s opinion we could understand and trust. I can’t say enough about how awesome this guy is!
