Cantrell Restoration

Ron and his crew did a fantastic job. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. The exterior of my home looks fantastic. I would and have recommended him to friends and clients.

Cantrell was hired by my contractor back in October 2012 to repair two fireplaces. The work included repairing fire boxes and installing new steel hoods amongst other things. Cantrell botched the job horribly leaving my entire interior covered in a thin layer of black soot that had to be professionally removed. Their liability is without question according to the numerous inspectors who’ve subsequently reviewed the work they performed yet Cantrell has yet to admit to any wrong doing or agree to pay for the damage done. It’s now August 2013 and I still don’t have a working fireplace.
To say they lack professional integrity would be an understatement. Not only do they not stand by their work, which they were fully compensated for, but I now question their overall competency.
