This is a pro only store. Julie and the rest of the staff are always very helpful and professional. I go there to buy my salon supplies for myself and my clients on a regular basis. Their customer service always is above and beyond amazing.

I called earlier today to see if they carried a certain product and how much it was. The person who answered didn’t even mention whether they carried the product and immediately said they don’t provide prices over the phone.
So, I made the trip later this afternoon and I could hear the ladies behind the counter being somewhat combative with a customer who was checking out. When the store emptied, one of the sales clerks made her way over to me and was very sweet in offering assistance to find what I was looking for; when it later came up that I wasn’t a licensed hairstylist, and that I was looking to get the price of a certain product to return with my friend who is a professional stylist to purchase & perform the treatment, I was told that I was not allowed in the store! Nice way to chase away customers. NEVER AGAIN.

Extremely unprofessional. Very low end, they don’t even carry most major salon products. Low end, low-​cost. Typical low end «salon» shop that is probably selling knock off products.
