We were looking for loan lenders for a while and we tried all the big banks, the loan agents are bunch of sales people trying to get me to sign the loan application, they really don’t have any idea on DTI ratio and reserve requirements for the loan product they offered and they were more than willing to pre-​qualify us for any loan amount we desired. Later they came up with some unrealistic requirements.
Then we contacted Leissa from NW mortgage and she was very specific about the loan products and requirements for the loan. We gained confidence from the day we meet Leissa. She guided us explaining how much can we afford and what is the maximum loan amount we can get. Ours was a Jumbo loan and the process was even tougher but Leissa made it easy for us. She stuck to timeline and was able to close our loan in 3 weeks’ time. Her previous experience as an underwriter is a great plus and it’s difficult to find a loan officer with knowledge of underwriting. She emailed me every day updating me on the status of the loan which was awesome. Overall we are very satisfied with the service and we were able to get the keys for the home we loved.
