We were referred here by Swag NW when they declined to do a single job. Disappointed that Swag could not do it (they had done a decent job previously on the last single job we brought them), I called Yours Truly at their recommendation. I explained over the phone that I had a converted file ready to go and inquired about their prices. Higher than I was anticipating, but since I wasn’t paying to convert a file, still totally reasonable. It was $ 20 per small 4″ x 3″ embroidered image (15,000ish stitches and 2 colors).
I brought the item to be embroidered, a saddlepad, in on a Friday early afternoon. They opened up the converted file and made sure it was good to go with me (it was). I was told it should be done Tuesday, as YT is closed Sunday and Monday. Or, if lucky, it would be done on Saturday. I told them take your time, I don’t need it any time soon, but of course would love it back sooner, rather than later.
I received a call about four hours later saying they had some spare time and got it done quickly that day. It was an awesome, unexpected surprise.
We picked up the saddlepad the following morning and it was gorgeous. They did an awesome job on mirroring the image nicely on both sides. As mentioned above, we had previously used Swag NW for another saddlepad, and I believe the work YT did was of better quality.
For those mini, personalized items, it was great not having to have a minimum limit. Having previously scoured Portland for someone that could do this sort of job, I am happy we found these guys. A good combination of personalized service and affordability. If we need it again, we will be back, absolutely.

I needed customized baseball hats ASAP for a reunion I was organizing. I gave them artwork on Tuesday morning and had my hats by Friday afternoon. Great work at a very reasonable price. More importantly, they are local and met my timeline without hesitation. I am very grateful that they were able to do this so quickly and I expect them to be a hit at the reunion. Thanks, Shirley!

Yours Truly was very professional and very prompt, with high-​quality service. We had them do some engraving on some bulk items that were very sentimental to my family. Not only was the job done superbly, the turnaround time was less than 24 hours. I highly recommend their services for engraving and embroidery. We had some other quotes for engraving from jewelry shops nearby and at the mall and he was able to beat the price by a dollar or two per item, FYI.

I went in here to get a personalized frame for my parent’s 25^th anniversary. I had a long conversation about wanting a vertical silver frame for a picture that I planned on using. I had a family member pick up the frame for me when it was done, because I had to work. When I opened the frame it was not what we had discussed and the engraving was done so the frame was horizontal. I figured, no problem I will just call and get it figured out (thinking they would be apologetic and sorry for the confusion). The exact opposite happened and both the owners argued with me (the paying customer) about how it was my fault and I said I wanted horizontal. The senile woman also stated that I signed the form, which she supposedly put horizontal on. Problem is… She never had me review the information on the form or even asked if it was all correct. I really thought she was listening to me when we had a conversation about the vertical picture I wanted to use, apparently not. She yelled and argued back at me (again, the paying customer who didn’t get what they wanted) and said she would give me what I wanted at half price. I truly might have spent the extra money to get what I wanted for my parents IF I didn’t get yelled at on the phone by the owners of this business. They were truly unprofessional and unapologetic for the miscommunication of my personalized frame. If there are any other personalized gift or engraving businesses that you could go to other than this one definitely go somewhere else! :(
