Gross Dirty Dirty Dirtty!!! Run!!! How is this place next to Zupans!!! HOW!!! Round Table needs to burn this place down and rebuild! Filthy!!! Pizza seems great! The interior is disgusting! I wouldn’t have ever know, except they put cheese on my vegan pizza and I had to march back in and make them make another! Which gave me oodles of time to notice shit! Eeeeek! Why does the health department keep this place open!!! YIKES! It’s like the Ghetto in the heart of Lake Oswego!!!

I have lived in Lake Oswego for several years and I’ve noticed this location have very poor management, was just in today and noticed the televisions in the restaurant still are not working and asked why not and an employee said sorry they have e not worked for over a week now. I like the food just very poor service tables still had plates from previous customers but yet there was 9 I counted 9 employees so why can this pizza parlor be up to Par?

Amazing customer service! Came in for a pick up and they put onions on my pizza when I asked for none. I told them it was fine and not a big deal, but they insisted to make me a WHOLENEW pizza for FREE along with the pizza I already ordered!

Love this pizza(usually) but had to use the restroom on last visit. Holy god its gross. All men’s restrooms are gross but this one smells like gallons of urine are soaking the rusting stalls. Last time here as if this is how the bathroom is kept then how bad is the kitchen!!! Glad I found this out after I ate. Not really. oh god…

Pizza is good, not great. It’s a great value for the price. The restaurant is showing it’s age. I’ll be returning because of the convenient location and space available for private meetings/parties.

I placed an order online last night and when we go the order home it was incorrect. I called right away and the girl that answered the phone was rude and argumentative. I explained what my order should have been and what I received. I had an email copy of the order. The girl said they show every pizza that walks out the door, I explained this didn’t happen and it was my mistake for not having the person picking up the pizza check before he left. She said she had to check the online order and put me on a lengthy hold. When she came back to the phone she said they were right and I was wrong. I told her I had my emailed receipt of the order I placed and it was not what I received. I told her I didn’t appreciate being told I was lying and she finally said we could get the pizza we ordered, but it wasn’t their fault. I wasn’t looking for fault, I just wanted the pizza I ordered. I printed out the email and took it in to pick up the correct order. The manager apologized but at that point it was too late. What terrible customer service!!!

At a friends house watching the NFL playoffs and he asks Round Table or Belagios. I say Round Table… big mistake! They not only took forever to answer the phone. The delivery took over an hour(which is fine). But hr asked for Cheese & Peppers(because I like to eat my pizza the way I want)! And still nothing. So we call back real quick to catch the driver to see if he has any in his car. BUT… NOBODYWILLANSWERTHEDAMNPHONE! It’s now 10pm at night on a Saturday and they still haven’t answered the phone. So now myself and my friend will get delivery elsewhere and spread the word that this location can’t take simple orders and they certainly don’t know how to answer the damn phone.

Hey everyone, it’s Turtle from the popular TV show«Entourage». If you looking for the best pizza place in Oregon, then come on down to Round Table in Lake Oswego. I always thought the pizza in Los Angeles was the best; Boy was I wrong. Round Table Pizza is the best place for pizza if you are hungry. If you are looking for a bargain, come on down every Tuesday evenings for all you can eat pizza. Tell them Turtle sent you and you will get a a dollar off your whole purchase. When I go on a date with my Girl Lizza, I take her to Round Table Pizza. And I always pay with a visa. see ya.

Old cruddy pizza parlor, badly in need of renovation. I’ve always liked Round Table pizza as a chain, they make pretty good pizza, but have had bad experiences the last couple times going to this particular restaurant.

1 star for the environment. this place seriously needs an interior update. because literally, it’s like you’re back in 1979… and NOT in a good way. Pizza and staff were super excellent. Salad bar was not stocked well and was pretty pitiful. Bathroom was almost as bad as the famous bathroom from the movie Trainspotting… almost. Overall, 3 stars… because we love their pizza!

(Originally written 12÷8÷2014 but forgot to post.) Consistently good pizza, always know what to expect. The staff members are fine(not super, but I’ve never had a negative customer service experience here). The building could do with some better lighting or decorations, especially since they painted over the big dragon on the wall years ago! It is pricier than other pizza chains, but the quality is better. If you order to-go, check that your order is complete. They forgot to include my garlic twists the one time I ordered online. Which brings me to the garlic twists… sometimes they alone are«worth the price of admission.» Yum! Give this place a try.

I always have been and always will be a Round Table fan. I have never been disappointed by their pizza. It’s more expensive but worth the extra cost. Definitely a few steps above the other chains. Portland has plenty of «unique» pizza places but not all of them are good and not all deserve to charge so much(Pizzicato comes to mind…) Anyhow, Round Table does it right!

I came here for the lunch and dinner buffet on Tuesday evenings at 5PM to 8PM and was very impressed. Lots of options and you can even request your favorite Roundtable pizza complete with a salad bar, cinnamon bread sticks and garlic twists. Soda is an extra charge but for the price of $ 7.49, it’s a deal.

I don’t know what behind the scenes politics go on at this place, so I’m not claiming what I say is the truth, it’s just how it appears to me as a customer. But the reason I bring it up at all is because the quality of the pizza at his location varies wildly, and it seems to happen at regular intervals. You can go for a couple months and the pizza will be really good. Then as if someone flipped a light switch you go back a week later and it’s awful. Maybe it was just an off day. So you try it again a little later. Still bad. Then you look around and realize all the employees you got used to seeing there are there no longer. But then after a month or so the pizza quality gradually improves back to where it had previously been and it stays that way for another couple of months until the cycle repeats. Like I said, I don’t know what’s going on, I only have my suspicions, but there appears to be a high turn-over rate here, with either mass firings or resignings of employees a couple times a year and a whole new crew gets brought in who don’t know how to make pizzas and require a month or so to learn. On a good day the pizza is 5/5, but on a bad it’s maybe a 2⁄5. You just never really know when you go in how it’ll turn out so it’s always a gamble. So it makes it hard to assign a rating for the restaurant as a whole. I would average it out to a 3/5, but according to Unilocal’s description a 3 means«A-ok», and I don’t think this amount of inconsistency is acceptable. So to conform to Unilocal’s standards I’ll hesitantly put it at a 2: «I’ve experienced better». Overall the quality of ingredients seem very good, so it’s hard to really describe the problem of why the overall pizza doesn’t turn out so well. I think it comes down a lot of times to the crust and proportion of ingredients. Sometimes there’s too much sauce, other times not nearly enough and it feels really dry. Sometimes the crust is nice and airy, other times it’s too dense and hard. The cheese and toppings are always good, but when the two layers they’re built upon can change so much it brings down the whole pizza if they’re not in synch. Overall I’d still recommend the place because I’ve been a Round Table fan all my life and I enjoy the taste of the cheese and sauce they use, but just be forewarned you might come out a little disappointed if a new guy is on shift. And I understand that, we all start somewhere and it takes time to learn the ropes. It just seems like when these downward swings happen there’s no longer an experienced crewman on hand to make up for the errors of the new guy, so you’ll just have to wait it out until they get the hang of it.

I haven’t been back yet, but someone from the restraint contacted me, apologized and sent me a free pizza coupon. Since my issue isn’t with the food, I will happily take the coupon and use it for take out. :) I hope that the owner of the LO location can put some money into the building(or better yet, move to Sherwood where we do not have a SINGLE family pizza restaurant). Round Table pizza in my opinion is one of the best out there if they can clean the place up I think they would do even better. Clearly they have their product and Customer Service mastered. :)

We took our grand kids there after our grandson had his recital for an early dinner. Pizza was excellent, we’ve been a long time Round Table Pizza supporter(we’re from So. Cal) the RTP in our area closed & moved to a different location & city. The managers were friendly, good quality pizza. We plan on visiting again before we go back to So. Cal, maybe we’ll do brunch.

Aside from the fact that I really don’t eat Round Table Pizza much, this place isn’t bad. The lunch buffet is well priced and the selection of pizzas was replenished regularly during the lunch time I was there. The staff in my experiences has always been just fine. I have never had any issues with their delivery, save for it being a little on the slow side, but I’m the lazy person not wanting to leave my apartment, so I can’t complain. All in all, when a craving for Round Table Pizza for some reason hits, this place isn’t a bad go-to.

Second time in two weeks I’ve called in an order ahead of time and arrived to not only have it not be ready, but for no one to have even prepped it(despite the order being in the system). Given the debacle the first time, you’d think the second time they would’ve actually made the pizza. Will not be back to this location.

I’ve always been a fan of Round Table Pizza. I finally happened to stop by the actual store. Veyr nostalgic feel to it. Has family night every Tuesday night. All you can eat with activities for the kids. Will stop by one of these days…
