I’m a regular here and the Chai Latte w/Almond Milk is my drink of choice. Always made very well. The service here is hit or miss. Sometimes super friendly and other times it seems the team is stressed out. That’s when you realize every business, even the coffee biz, must have some residual stress. It is a busy place located in a wealthy suburb so maybe that attributes to the uninviting feeling at times. I do think this particular location has some of the best baked treats among all of its competitors. I hope to feel more welcome in the future so I can give this location 5-stars. Hopefully my smile will be more contagious in the weeks ahead.

I had the berry hibiscus tea which was a great refresher. Nice place to sit, wifi and enjoy the ambiance.

Absolutely love Peet’s! Amazing environment, friendly workers, and delicious coffee! My favorite drink is the cold brew with coconut & cream! If you’re looking for good coffee, Peet’s is the way to go!

The best thing I can say about this coffee shop is that they have Nikole behind the counter. She is a ray of sunshine. She is friendly, professional, and knows exactly what she’s doing. Plus her smile is all you need to make your coffee taste sweet. They should hang onto her before someone steals her away.

I make it a point to get to this Peet’s Coffee once a week and would go daily if I lived closer. The staff is consistently top-rate with their customer service, friendliness and attention to delivering an amazing latte every time. I also appreciate that I can always find a parking space in the parking garage next door. This is NOT the case at their Bridgeport Village location so I’ve stopped going to that one altogether. Great coffee drinks, made with care, in a friendly atmosphere!

Convenient location near the lake. Friendly service. This is a local favorite. It’s a nice place to for a quick one on one meeting or to break out the laptop and get a little work done while out in the field.

This is a fairly large Peet’s with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The layout is nice, and the service is generally quite good. Peet’s coffee is excellent, and they take much greater care in preparing the drinks than other places; each drink is individually made, and it shows in the quality. I’m a mocha drinker and they get it right every time. The property has a large parking garage attached, so you never have to worry about parking either.

Friendly staff one star, location one star. Chai tea $ 4 for medium I’ve had way better. Pastry dry & half the size of the one in the case. Cookie a few days old. Coffee of the day good.

Only two stars for Peets L. O. today. Oatmeal made so badly it looked like clumps floating in a water bath. Had to ask for a remake from a different Peets person. Also first server assumed a huge cup size for tea and put both bags in it. She appeared to be more interested in friending the room than in doing the work. Peets demands $ 1.25 to make oatmeal with milk instead of water. This has been my first negative experience with Peets since the 1980s. Rack it up to poor hiring judgement.

Had the BEST Caramel Cap EVER. Friendly/fast service during busy hours. Going back today. CAN’T WAIT! Sorry Starbucks, it’s not you, it’s me.

I live in Lake Oswego now, so my favorite has become my local. And I still love it. It’s still friendly, makes good drinks, has great outdoor and indoor seating, is helpfully located in a cute downtown area with pretty post-coffee walking opportunities. It’s been my favorite for, what, 6 years now? Staff comes and goes occasionally, like you do, but the turnover seems very low indeed. I hope that’s an indicator that it’s a good place to work. I do have one bone to pick, one negative change that decidedly affects my enjoyment. And, to be fair, MOST of this is Peet’s-wide, not just my local. So: Part of the charm of Peets is that it wasn’t just like other coffee shops. They didn’t play whiny«coffeehouse» music; it was all instrumental. They didn’t serve drinks that were too sweet.(I’m looking at you, Starbucks. Obviously.) Both of these distinguishing characteristics may be on the out. I hear a lot of «coffeehouse rock» now when I stop in. I request a change of station — I’ll explain why if asked — and I usually get it, but lately that’s been accepted with less grace. And they’re starting to change their drink recipes. Not all of them, but the creep is insidious. The masala chai latte, for example, is now unrecognizably spicy and sweet, where it used to subtly spiced and unique. Now it tastes like… well, no, it’s still not as sweet as a Starbucks chai. ;) So, bottom line: Still a great place. Just starting to lose some of the things that make it special.

I’m a new coffee drinker. I’m learning the ropes. I had the Mayan Mocha and it’s the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had. It has a bit of a bite — I think they use cayenne pepper? Service was great, as was the atmosphere.

Friendly staff. They’ve memorized my name and regular order after just one month. Clean. Noise-abatement panels on the walls. Nice classical music. And the lattes are simply divine. Only two comfy leather chairs. Tables are very small. Often crowded. SO so so much better than Starbucks.

The customer service here is why I go. They are incredibly helpful, kind and personable. They also make a mean cup of coffee. Great atmosphere, always clean, and usually pretty quick service.

They get the order right every time, remember our names, put just the right amount of foam on my latte, and have vegan and while wheat pastries. One of the best Peets in the Metro area.

Cool place. The tea we had was a little odd and way too strong, but that makes me believe we have the chance of getting an espresso of some quality on our next visit. We shall see!

Another coffee chain store… Although I do enjoy Peets… The line to order is a little weird, they wave their arms at you and corral you up to the counter… no actual line. Large area of seating. The drinks are strong, so much so that I put some water into our iced teas. Maybe the coffee is the same way… Good selection of coffee and tea wares as well. Here is my biggest complaint of sitting in a coffee shop for 10 minutes… all day you smell like a coffee shop.
