Mountain Park Racquet Club

This is one of the tennis centers that hosts USTA sectionals each year for the pacific northwest, the others being Tualatin HIlls Recreation Center and West HIlls Racquet Club.
I think this is the worst of the three to play at. The indoor courts seem nice, but the outdoor courts need work. There’s 4 courts well below the ground level of the club, these are the better ones, but makes it hard for the viewing area to see much as they are so high above you. The other outdoor courts are right next to their parking lot.
Compared to West Hills, there’s no swimming pool, and the lounge is not as nicely laid out. But they have a pro shop that’s stocked with Nike stuff, and some of their strings are a great deal. West Hills is a much nicer private club, but both lose out on quality of outdoor and indoor courts to Tualatin Hills Rec Center. Due to the lack of a large swimming pool, there seems to be a lot less kids around every time I’m here compared to West HIlls and Tualatin.
