Big Cheaters, with recent changed Management. Lived here for 14months. No Matter how clean you give, minimal Cleaning charges they put is 500 $ when you vacate. I have got it prof cleaned every wall, kitchen and bath rooms and living rooms including carpet, still they charged 500 $ and management says they were favoring me to keep these charges minimal. 250 $ for carpet clean, 150 for painting, 100 for odor removal and what not. I have seen this happening to many of my friends who left Kruseway. Big time cheaters. I am going to dispute these charges and drag them to court. If you are smart don’t get into this mess.

I have lived here for 3 years. I used to be a nice place, however it has really gone down hill. Management does not respond to any issues. They don’t know how to calculate rent, water or carport pricing. One of the girls in the office is just rude and very condescending. My lease is up in June and I am out of there. There prices are out of this world for what you get. The property is not being maintained like it was before and I have been told since they were bought out by another property manager lately, things will get worse. I bet the prices will still go up though. Seriously, I would not let my dog live here.

My husband and I only lived here a year before we bought a house and we loved the location. Our apartment was updated which was very nice. When we moved out they charged us for new oven drip pans (we had a flat stove top) they did end up taking that charge off but we had to pay extra for our carpets to be deodorized… Even though we lived there a year. Had no pets… No kids. So be aware of mark up fees when you move out.

I’m about to re-​up my lease for another year … so its probably time to review this place…
+ My apartment faces the back of the property, no parking lot view, totally quiet, nobody walks by.
+ Its a pretty mellow community and for the most part extremely quiet.
+ Pool, hot tub, work out area
+ Huge patios on selected apartments
+ Basic cable included in the rent
— Mostly an older crowd
— w/​s/​g is NOT included in the rent
— I live in a first floor apartment and the chick above me is a laaouuuud!
— parking lot can get full and you’ll have to park a million miles away from your apartment
— There are random ass cats wandering around all the time
— The back of the property (where I live) is inhabited by nutria who are always out running around
— Late fee for rent is $ 75… steeeep yo.
I love my apartment because it has just enough space for me and is generally really quiet. Its close to everything I need — but I’m totally a suburb lovin’ gal. I’m positive you could find a better deal somewhere else. but I’m lazy so I’m staying…
