If I could give zero stars, I would. I have two children who have had braces with Dr. Borgen and a third who will go to another orthodontist as I refuse to further compensate her. Is she competent? I expect so. The reason for my negative review is her absolute refusal to take responsibility for «white spots» that may have appeared on my child’s teeth during treatment. What you say? It came about through a casual conversation during treatment that my child is not the greatest brusher. True.
My singular issue is how fast and how powerfully Dr. Borgen threw all blame on my child. I was shocked and am still outraged at her behavior.
I get it. Poor brushing = white spots. What I don’t accept is a provider who is so aggressive at passing the buck. I will never do business here again due to this. I felt like we were a nasty irritation, rather than the reason Dr. Borgen is in business.

We just had our first visit to Dr. Borgen’s office this morning and were super impressed by their professionalism, friendly staff, and all of the detailed information about the whole process we are about to jump into.
