Jiffy Lube

I had the best oil change experience of my life here the other week! I pulled through (no line) and was promptly greeted by Cliff. I was taken into the waiting area and not even 9 minutes later, my car was finished (vacuumed and all). Cliff told me my air filter was still good and informed me of other services that need to be performed at certain mileages. However, he did not pressure me whatsoever to get anything done.
I had a coupon for signature service that I printed from my e-​mail and he gave me an even better price than my coupon! My oil light stopped blinking, my windows were clean, and my floor mats were beautifully vacuumed. It was the quickest Jiffy Lube trip I have ever had. I was sad to learn that Cliff would no longer be working at Jiffy Lube. He told me he had to follow the money. With his exceptional customer service skills, I can see why!
I will definitely be returning to this specific Jiffy Lube location for my next oil change as I have had two positive experiences here. Highly recommended!

I recently got my oil changed at Oil Can Henry’s and was treated like dirt with their predatory upselling. They also told me my serpentine belt was extremely worn and needed to be replaced, which was really fishy to me because I had it replaced one year ago. I took my car into this Jiffy Lube location and they looked at it for free. Cliff offered exceptional customer service and told me the belt looked brand new. I will now be a life long customer to this Jiffy Lube. You can trust these people!

Very disappointed to show up and discover them closed. Waited 20 minutes in case someone was late. Considering the holiday weekend, I even confirmed the hours yesterday. Not even a sign on the door.

I’ve been here three or four times, and they’ve always gone above and beyond with their customer service. I’ve dealt with different people here, and the experience is always great – friendly, efficient, and with just the minimum amount of upsell – so I have to assume that management is doing a great job hiring and training the crew.

Got my oil changed here on Friday and everyone there was super friendly. They seemed really busy and they were trying to get as many cars out as possible due to the amount of people continuously coming in. They changed my oil faster than I expected and they sent me on my way. I live in Newberg and somehow made it all the way home and then my oil light came on and the car started dumping all the oil. It got all over the road and entrance to my apartment. Thank god I pulled over and my boyfriend looked at my car. My whole entire engine is covered in oil. Not sure what happened but the staff there didn’t make sure something was screwed on right and it could have destroyed my engine. Now I’m just waiting to hear from them to come look at my car and the oil everywhere to get my money back. This is such a huge inconvenience. Even though everyone there was super friendly and «fast» I’m never going here again because of them trying to do their job efficiently, they overlooked if everything was done properly. This has been so stressful. I really hope my car isn’t toast.

Just left there to get an oil change and questions about some problems my jeep Cherokee was having. The guys there were amazing, wish I remembered their names, I know there was a Cliff. Anyways, awesome customer service I will def be back. Thanks guys

Very friendly employees. Got my vehicle oil change done quickly – no wait. Explained pricing/​services with no pressure to up-​sell. I would definitely go back to this location for my next oil change. They also asked if we were aware of a display light that was on that wasn’t related to the work they were doing.

Everything I expect and then also going the extra mile. I know JiffyLube for their oil changes but they offered to polish the clear plastic of one of my headlights (only one headlight was cloudy). It looks almost like new. I didn’t know that this was possible, let alone that JiffyLube would have this capability. I’m super pleased.

I had a great experience here. They were really nice and got the job done quick. I will definitely be returning.
Plus, I had a slow leak in my tire. So they checked it out for me. Ends up I had a small nail in my tire, so they filled it up with more air, and then gave me a suggestion on where I could go to get it plugged.

The guys here are great. They are speedy, great manners, not at all high pressure on sales, and they actually ask if your experience was «satisfactory» when they are through.

Yeah they try to upsell you, but they’re also friendly and efficient. Car need revitalization? Go through the Kaady Car Wash in the same parking lot then pull into Jiffy Lube for servicing, vacuuming and fluid top-​offs. Safeway is also close if you need to pick up groceries while waiting on your car.

I hate going to Jiffy Lube because of the million things they try to sell you at checkout. But once you learn how to say NO, you can beat the speed and the $ 19.99 price.
