I cannot be more impressed with the service I received from Jeremy at CloudMinders, LLC. He came to my office and fixed my computer over a holiday weekend and had it back to me on Monday with everything installed and ready to go. He was able to get all the files off my busted hard drive, and worked with my computer’s manufacturer on getting us a warranty replacement hard drive (which we could have done but ultimately opted not to due to time). He was very communicative and made me feel at ease through what can be a very stressful process. Although I hope I don’t run into anymore computer problems anytime soon, I know that CloudMinders will the first place I go if i do!

My computer blue-​screened and wouldn’t boot. I called CloudMinders to see about a replacement, and after diagnosing the problem, they built me a new computer. I saved a bunch as they reused some of my previous components, about half the price of a new computer– and I got a new computer. They transferred all my programs and settings, nothing was lost!
I would definitely recommend them.

Since I know nothing about computers and could never figure it all out, well I called these guys and they are fast, smart and know there stuff, and most of all fixed my mess ups.
