Classic Cleaners & Draperies

If I could give less than one star I would. Classic Cleaners ruined a dress I bought several years ago from a little boutique in Olympia. I fell in love with the dress but it was too expensive so I waited for it to go on sale for months. It finally did and they had one left in my size! I’ve worn it to weddings, family reunions, and special dinners. I love this dress. When I picked it up from Classic Cleaners it had bleached out spots down the front and back of it. There was no apology, no remorse. I had to haggle to get reimbursed for a fraction of what it cost and then the owner would not give me the dress back. His wife was the one who ruined it and he said he was going to keep it to show her everyday and remind her what she did. My mouth literally fell open at that point. I have trouble thinking of another business that deserves my patronage less.

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER IF YOU CARE ABOUT A BUSINESS BEING PROFESIONAL OR ABOUT YOUR CLOTHES. If it weren’t for the last review I just read I would have not written one but this business apparently does not like people to return for business. My experience with them was very similar. Could not care about the inconvenience they caused me. They may not have destroyed my cloths but made a mess of everything attached to it. If you care about your clothes or how a business should conduct themselves then I would find another place to go even if it is further away.
