This is a regular treat for our kids.
We love the kid sized cones which are just enough custard without going into sugar overload.
The staff has always been friendly to us and our kids.
They are happy to oblige my little ones when they request a particular color sprinkles or googly eyes on their cone.
You can try any flavor before you decide to purchase and they change their yogurt and main custard flavor weekly.
It’s a nice neighborhood shop. Family oriented. Good prices.
Oh and they have a punch card to earn a free item of any size.

For anyone that drives down to Royal Oak to go to the custard company for frozen custard this is a really good alternative. Swirlz use the same products as Custard & Company in Royal Oak so there’s no need to drive down to Royal Oak for your custard any longer!
the place was clean and the owner was very friendly. They had all kinds of specials available different kinds of Sunday’s all kinds of interesting confections.

Was so excited to visit Swirlz after being at the Swirlz in California. The CALIFORNIA Swirlz is adorable — well-​designed, quality product and exceptional service. Make no mistake, they are not the same! This one smelled like smoke, the server was stingy and the manager was rude. They seemed to try to be (fake) nice with us but were pretty nasty to some kids in front of us who were obviously excited to be there and were behaving perfectly appropriately. If you’re in California, go to Swirlz. If you’re in Lake Orion, don’t bother.
