I used Pak Mail to ship some antique furniture to my home in California. I had contracted several moving and packing companies but Pak Mail submitted a quote that was hundreds of dollars less and in a far more professional and courteous manner. All the staff were helpful and friendly. My shipment arrived via a trucking company and was packed beautifully. When we unpacked our antiques we could not believe the exceptional care that was taken to protect our valuables. It was obvious that Pak Mail went above and beyond to make sure my shipment would arrive in perfect condition. I cannot more highly recommend this company.

I actually only use them for drop offs. I have pre-​labeled boxes and haven’t needed any of their other services.
There staff have been friendly. Some have offered to help me carry in boxes and have done so if I accepted.
They always ask if I need a receipt or anything else.
