Stopped in here based on Unilocal reviews and we were impressed! Wanted to catch the Patriots game on tv before heading to the Palace for the Pistons game, which they put on when we asked. Our waitress, Lonnie was incredibly friendly and attentive. Even though they were short handed she made sure we had everything we needed. Food was great — homemade and huge servings. We had the nachos, hillbilly burger, manly burger, classic chicken wrap and onion rings. All tasty! Highly recommend this place.

Great local spot we should have checked out long before now! Clean and cozy space with a good feel. It wasn’t a sports night, so it wasn’t overly noisy. We had the Wednesday special, all-you-can-eat perch, for $ 12.99. It comes with potatoes and coleslaw. Very tasty. For $ 13.99 you can get the dinner without the all-you-can-eat option and you get soup and salad. The brew was icy cold and the service was great! Can’t wait to try taco Tuesdays and check out their wings. Lots of other tempting items on the menu, too.

I go to OSB for Wing Nights — Mondays from 8p-11p they have 10¢ chicken wings(with the purchase of an adult beverage; wings are 35¢ for minors or without booze). They have a good selection of sauces too. I bounce between bourbon, teriyaki, & buffalo. Bleu cheese, ranch, or celery costs extra though. Quality varies every week depending on what time you go and who’s working. Some wings are super saucy, others not so much. They cap it at 40 wings per person, & you can’t get a take out box. They don’t do any drink specials that day either. Regardless, I’ve stopped going to BDub’s for wings. Lastly, sit at the bar for the best service. My order always gets messed up if I sit at a table.

The Good: Good burgers. The Bad: Server was not good at all. She had NOCLUE what a snifter is and that Liquer should be served in one. Also, a place with«sports» as part of their name should carry major fights on TV. They don’t. There are other burger places in the area. No real need to go to OSB.

After driving by here numerous times I finally stopped in. It’s nice, spacious, and very clean inside. They had quite a few beers on tap, nothing overly fancy, but there was a selection at least. I didn’t sample any of the food, just wetting my whistle. The bartender/waitress Taylor was fantastic. She kept coming over to our table to joke with us. Super friendly and super nice. And… if you’re a Walking Dead fan, they show it every Sunday night on their ample amount of TVs. Bonus! I don’t even watch the show and I was hooked. I will definitely be coming back here!

This is the place I always wish I was at, when I’m somewhere else getting a burger. This is just the perfect little sports bar,

I had a great time here! I came on Tuesday night for trivia, which is always fun.(My one complaint has nothing to do with the bar — there was a trivia category called«Celebrity Animals.» Excuse me, «Catwoman» is neither a celebrity nor an animal.) Anyway, this place is low key but was pretty crowded for a Tuesday night, because of trivia. The wait staff was friendly and I was impressed by the food. It’s pretty standard bar food but it looks like they came up with a couple of twists on standard bar fare. I ordered the Detroit Crunch burger, which is a normal cheeseburger but they put potato chips on it! I am already a big fan. The beer specials on Tuesday were ok, it was $ 2 Bud/Bud Light/Miller/Miller Light draughts, I would have preferred some variation since that’s almost the cost of one of those beers anyway, but it’s nice that for $ 5 you can have a couple of beers while playing trivia.

How many people do you meet in a day as a bartender? I could only guess. One thing I know is that when a bartender sees me for the second time and remembers my name and drink, I’ve found a winner. I spent a lot of my time inside OSB, grew to come to know the staff and other regulars pretty well and it had a warm welcoming feel for me. As far as bartenders go, theirs are a fun and entertaining lot. The food is good and the drinks are cheap. It’s a nice place to just relax and watch a game(they would let me watch the games I wanted to watch, despite the fact that they were usually Blackhawks, Bears, or Cubbies games) My only complaint towards this bar is that there was a customer base consisting primarily of white trash midwest hicks. But that is more the fault of Lake Orion, not of Orion Sports Bar.

Small bar that can hold about 100 people or so. Good times with a local — live bands. Service is good and frequent. Bar food is pretty tasty. I’ve had some wings which were okay, but the Ruben was delicious! Great place to enjoy local bands, not much else to set this place apart.
