This location is surprisingly big, and the food is the same great Panera quality that we have come to expect. The staff was friendly. All and all, a perfect example of a great Panera Bread location.

First off this review is for the location on Sun Dr., not International Parkway. A couple reviews here are for the International Parkway location(with the lake view). Stopped by here for dinner tonight with my girl. We’ve both been to other Paneras numerous times and are familiar with their selection. This is a smaller Panera, as, I think, it used to be a Wine Store and is not nearly set up as nice and spacious as most others, and as it is in a busier part of town, I’m sure it stays pretty packed most afternoons for lunch, even with 2 other Paneras locations within a couple miles. We both got the«Pick 2» salad and sandwich meals. The cashier was efficient and professional. The associates making the meals were a bit backed up and a young lady asked the«manager»(Jasmine) to help her. Jasmine said«Why are you backed up? I don’t want to.» I understand it was nearing the end of, what I can assume, was a long shift, but you should never say things like this where, at least, 6 customers can hear you. The«manager», begrudgingly, helped with one order and then walked away. Leaving the other two associates to finish«catching up» by themselves. When I picked up our orders, the gentleman who called my name did so with no energy and no eye contact. Even when I retrieved our plates he barely said a word and never cracked a smile. The food, on the other hand, was excellent! Especially for being later in the evening.(just before 8pm) The salads were crisp and an appropriate amount of toppings and dressing were added. The sandwiches were hot and tasted especially good this evening. Having visited other locations, I would have to say that«taste wise» this was one of the best meals I’ve had at any Panera.
Overall the experience was average, everything«food-wise» was above average, but the service and associate personalities left much to be desired.

My family loves Panera and they are good & fresh all the time. The reason for just 3 stars is because its the smallest one I ever been in.

I’ve visited a few panera locations, but this one has become my favorite. The beautiful view of a lake, friendly staff, and clean amenities make this a truly unique panera.

Good place for a good bowl of soup and a salad. I no longer eat bread so I don’t get to eat morning bagels any longer, but those good as well. They have great coffee and my wife and I get always get a Chai tea Latte before we go look at Christmas lights.

It’s a nice little area to eat at. The food is good, and the atmosphere is nice. WARNING: On Weekends you will see many MANYSMELLY bike riders who decide to cool off inside by getting in line to eat. They will get CLOSETOYOU. Don’t be afraid to tell them to step back. It happens to us multiple times when we go there on the weekend to eat.

I’m not usually one to drop by and pick up a bagel and a coffee in the morning — I like my money for better purposes too much to squander it on a regular basis. But on May 21st, I dutifully dropped into Panera’s for a good cause. They were donating ALL proceeds from sale of the blueberry bagel to the Foundation for Foster Children in Orlando. I’d convinced a handful of other colleagues to spring for a few bucks to get a special treat for the office, and to help a good cause. Unfortunately, we were too late for the pre-sell, and they were already out of those bagels at 8 a.m. Hmmm — is that a ploy to get you into the store and then sell you something that will benefit THEM? Without further evidence, I cannot make that accusation stick. I’ll give Panera the benefit of the doubt, and continue to bestow upon them the honor of being a good corporate citizen. Someone else who pre-ordered them had a few dozens purchased«for sale», thereby raising almost $ 100. The bagel was delicious too, and I’m not even a bagel person!

We stopped off here, off of I-4 for a couple of sandwiches, on our way to Daytona Beach, from Orlando. I’ve always liked Panera Bread, ever since I was a kid, and worked in the mall. I would go to Panera for lunch, all the time. I didn’t find much of a flaw with the place; accept the lady that took our order. I asked her which one the turkey sandwiches she likes, and she tells me, «Oh, I wouldn’t know, since I do not like the food here.» My jaw hit the floor, when I heard her response. I know people need jobs, and restaurants need employees, but for restaurant to have employed a person like her is just stupid. If I owned the place, I would never want an employee to say what she just said! Regardless, my wife and I ordered, ate, and went on our way.

I used to love Panera. This place has made me hate Panera. I was excited when they opened this one in a convenient location for my home and work, but the service is just terrible. They frequently get things wrong. I have had a hair in my food in the past. Today, they accidentally hit my wife’s food against the register. The girl offered to replace it. Then she got distracted with something else. By the time she came back, they were out of that food. She didn’t bother to apologize and just kind of expected us to eat it at that point. It was either worth replacing or not.

I was so happy to see this Panera open because it is very close to where I work. I was there on opening day was was extremely impressed with the organization and smoothness opening day tends to lack! I have been back several times and have enjoyed amazing salads and fresh delicious soups. The coffee is always delicious and the coffee bar area is neat and clean!
