Okay I am really spoiled coming from Colorado– but really this place (see star rating above) is, well, a 2:
The Con’s:
1. The sundries, on the shelf «stuffs — nothing special about this shop– even when they have to special order for you– is really ridiculous.
2. The price– you are better getting it off
and using their super-​saver shipping. This way you pay no shipping fee– and the cost is still less then M&M’s. That’s a fact.
3. No big threat in the produce. Nothing special here. You want organic– buy a raised bed kit from
(sp?) — and you will better off. Further more, if you are willing to cross the river into Orange City– then go to Debbie’s– its far batter on everything.
4. Not enough range of homeopathic enhancements, from vitamins, to supplements, to «yes» produce– they are so lacking and very limited. This is funny to me, since I have been their upon opening, and as «late» at 3 pm.
5. Size of the store. Think «just enough elbow room».
The Pro’s:
1. When you fist walk in, the first isle is produce. It is very good, having both local and organic. The Manager of the produce, and I am guessing he was the manager, was giving grief to a Vender– saying that his last shipment, was «disappointing, and not for His customers». He is very knowledgeable about what was in season, educating me quite a bit about locally grown and Organic farmers in the area. I happened to buy 4 summer squashes, that where very good and not to mature with seeds. I told him of I was making Calabicites and he asked for the recipe. I thought that was nice :-)
2.Cleanliness– although the building seems old– the store is truly clean– from floor to ceiling.
Look I normally don’t write negativity, as I don’t like that, — but this place truly deserves just 2 stars.

Great option when you don’t want to trek to Whole Foods. It is a small shop but carries a good amount of pantry staples, milk/​yogurt, produce, supplements, teas, and wellness products. I believe they are the only vendor (once Albertson’s closes) who sells So Delicious Coconut Milk in Lake Mary.
