The worst customer service at this chic fil a. The first time I went through the drive thru I asked for nothing but a sanitary wipe to go with my meal. The girl in line told me «I can get you one but I have to go all the way in the back to go get it» and I said ok that’s fine. She rolled her eyes once she gave it to me. This next time it was slam packed. The girl would took my order put it in correctly for a chicken sandwich no pickles and large combo. When I got my meal I got a sandwich no pickles, then I got it again and I got a halfway large fry and pickles on my sandwich. Shouldn’t of trusted her but honestly it was the worst experience I have had at a chick fil a

Chick fila is our fast food go-​to. The food is fresh, yummy, fast, and not as greasy as other fast food places. The staff is pleasant, and the restaurant is clean. I have never gone wrong with chick fila.

This is my go to chick fil a. They’ve always been really friendly (as most chick fil a’s are). I’m always surprised at how fast they can take care of a line of cars during rush hour which is important when you’re on your lunch break.
Try the frosted lemonade, it’s dope!

The food is always good and pretty much the only fast food place I crave. The sad part is that the craving is usually on a Sunday morning, and if you’ve been to chick fil a before then you know they don’t open on Sunday’s. My go to items are always the bacon egg and cheese biscuit with the hash browns or for lunch it’s the 8 piece chicken nuggets with waffle fries.

I usually hold all Chick Fil A restaurants to a high standard, but when it comes to lunch time, this branch does not deliver. It took me 5 minutes after arriving to order, but the food I received was sub par. My fries were cold and nuggets were warm at best.

Just can’t say enough good things about this place! Fast and friendly service and always with a smile. The manager, Tracy, is about the nicest person I have ever met. Can’t go wrong eating here!

I have been a regular here for years. However, four of my last five drive through experiences have been disappointing to say the least. Two of the four visits I actually had one of my family’s meals missing. The two other times I had to pull forward and wait 10 and 11 minutes respectively after the usual 10 – 12 minute drive through wait time. The last visit was an aggregate of 25 minutes until I had to ultimately park and go to the counter for my order. When I got back to my office, some of the grilled chicken on my Asian salad was undercooked. I am going to find another lunch place going forward. I am not even going to mention the details as to their lack of service recovery when I brought up my frustration to the manager on duty. I really wish this location could have gotten its act together.

Great food always and rarely a problem. Their manager is really incredible at filling orders efficiently with a great smile! The wait in the only downside but that’s to be expected with the best fast food place around!

Just like any other Chick-​Fil-​A locations. Great service, good food and very clean.
Just a avoid this place during early morning or lunch time, it’s extremely crowded.

This Chick-​fil-​A store is hands-​down the worst Chick-​fil-​A I’ve ever been to. Yeah the food taste the same as all the others but some of the people that work are just rude and arrogant. For a company that prides themselves on their values you would think they could find a few people to work there that actually represented those values. I have been through the drive thru twice and both experiences were bad. Needless to say that was my last time going to this Chick-​fil-​A but I’m sure they really don’t care.

Typically love Chick-​fil-​a, but if you offer a promotional item such as a free sandwich, stand by your promotion. I walked in with my ticket from the magic game which was supposed to be good for one free spicy chicken sandwich because of an Orlando area promotion for which this location was a participant of — I was denied the free sandwich because it wasn’t «lunch» time. First, nowhere on the promotion does it mention it must be a certain time of day to redeem for a sandwich. Second, this is horrible from a customer service point of view. They could have easily made the customer happy, and chosen to not lose me as a customer at that location from now on. I understand all of this was over a FREE sandwich, but it shows the managers attitude towards their customers. And for their actions, I’ll be sure not to put more money in their pockets.

Whether in or drive thru service is slow and they have the most unattractive ppl in the drive thru… reminds me of the waffle house. They don’t make the food fresh and I only come when I really, really, really (you get the point) want CFA. Most times I drive the extra distance to the mall and forgo this one.

Stopped here during lunchtime on a Monday for a bathroom break. Super clean bathrooms! Extremely busy at this location. My favorite is the #2, Deluxe Chick-​Fil-​A sandwich with pepper jack cheese, waffle fries (must get the Chick-​fil-​A sauce for dipping), and sweet tea. Always so good!

Despite objections to certain stances they have made, still wanted to try the raved-​about chicken that’s hard to find up North.
One chicken deluxe and cookies & cream milkshake. Chicken was moist, but not that much above your basic McDonald’s/Roy Rogers/​Burger King chicken sandwich. The shake was inspired, but prefer the ones at Steak n Shake and Sonic more.
Overall okay place, okay service, and just not a place I’ll need to go back to.

Worst Chick-​fil-​a I’ve ever been to and service was horrible. I’ve never been to a Chick-​fil-​a where they’ve tried to charge me $ 4 for two large waters! I would not recommend this CFA.

Stopped at chik-​fil-​a for a bathroom break during my travels to Tampa today. The smell of fried at 11 in the morning makes me hungry! I couldn’t resist. My husband and I split a 12 piece chicken nugget and fries. The line through the drive thru was really long and the line inside was non existent. Score! We literally got our food in less then 5 minutes. The nuggets were really crispy and fresh. Now I would never knock a mcdonalds nugget bc i love those fried processed little things, but chik-fil-a’s nuggets taste like you’re eating real chicken, which is nice for a change. The waffle fries were hot and fresh as well. Pretty good brunch I have to say :-D

It was a busy Tuesday at lunch, but despite cars looped around the drive-​thru, they had all cash registers manned and open inside. There were a lot of people coming in during the lunch rush, but our order was taken with a minute and we had our food very quickly! I’ve been to Super Wal-​Marts with fewer cash registers open on busy night than Chic-​fil-​A. Nice job here!

I don’t eat fast food that often but when do its Chick Fil A

This was the worst place I’ve eaten at.
When I pulled up to a rather long line in the drive-​thru so I decided to go into the place… oh boy was that a mistake.
With three lines the place should have moved rather smooth. This was the last thing that would happen.
I literally waited in line for over 18 minutes just to place my order. While I was there my wife when in a different line to see who would get to the front first (yes I lost).
About 10 minutes into the adventure the women next to me in line told me this place was typically like this. She said she literally waits an average of 30 minutes each time she comes here.
You might wonder what the manager was doing??? Yes, he was in the back hiding from the customers. He has no idea how to run this place at all. I saw him later walk out with a drink in his hand and walk out… wow! I never saw him return.
My last comment — I couldn’t believe the cashier. With no one in front of him, he stood there for 5 minutes and didn’t take a single order. He never once said «I’m open» or «Are you ready to order» … just stood in front of the register while the rest of us were in the other three lines.

I was in a zone, happily driving while humming to Michael Buble, when the bf suddenly woke up from his nap and said:
«I’m hungry! is there a chick-​fil-​a nearby?»
He scans the Unilocal app and immediately says: «get ready to EXIT! there’s one 2 miles away!»
Geez. I swear to God, I’ve never seen him THIS excited. Not even when his uncle said: «open bar at the wedding!» two days before.
It’s located about 1 mile from I-​4 and there are a lot of other gas stations and fast food places around. So this is a good stop to fuel up and get some grub.
Their chicken salad sandwiches are the best: toasted wheatberry bread and light on the mayo. The waffle fries are so yummy too! And getting served by the most friendliest staff is a huge bonus.
Definitely worth the detour.
