A1 Air Duct Cleaning

I didn’t know what to expect when I was looking for someone to clean our air ducts. When I got a call from A-​1, I got just what they said I would. There was no hidden costs. I was very impressed with the customer service. You can’t find a more honest guy to do this work then Cliff Taylor. He spent a good 6 hours cleaning my duct work. I was very impressed.

I am rarely wowed by good customer service, but wow. From my initial call to set up the appointment to the moment Cliff Taylor left, I was treated with impeccable care and customer service. Even though they are based in Lake Luzerne, they go as far south as Albany and may go farther depending on the size of the job.
My house is over 100 years old with duct work and a furnace to match. Our vents have probably never been cleaned before. Cliff needed to use his commercial sized hose to clean our vents, and it ended up being a much bigger job than he had thought, but he didn’t try the old «oh well, seeing how this is a much bigger job than expected…» trick. The price was the same, even though Cliff had to spend almost 6 hours laboring away at our 13 vents and intakes. The best part? He was happy and friendly the entire time. No whining. No complaining. Just great customer service.
I’m sort of sad this is something we’ll only need done every 7 years or so. I absolutely recommend A1 for your duct or dryer vent cleaning needs.
